Sally advises the leadership of S-RM as it seeks to develop a best in class talent management strategy. Sally served as the International Head of Human Capital Management at Goldman Sachs for many years, being responsible for people issues in EMEA, India and APAC. She was a member of the European Management Committee, co-headed the EMEA Inclusion and Diversity committee, was a member of the Global Diversity committee and co-sponsored the LGBT network in EMEA.
