WORKING IN CORPORATE INTELLIGENCE AT S-RM

Every day, we’re asked by some of the world’s most prominent companies to research the backgrounds of those they’d like to do business with, respond to bespoke questions, and support our clients with intelligence as part of contentious disputes.

We use the latest research techniques and tools to investigate how companies and individuals do business in today’s world. It’s our job to find the evidence, analyze whether it’s true, and put it in context to help our clients understand its importance.

THE ROLE

As a Senior Associate, you’ll play a vital role in the development of S-RM’s fast growing Corporate Intelligence team. Senior Associates work closely with our clients to understand their challenges, innovate solutions, and deliver findings. Our aim is to become trusted advisors to our clients.

Senior Associates are case managers and people managers, as well as consultants. As a leader within S-RM, you will have the opportunity to develop junior colleagues, ensure world-class client service, and delivery of high-quality intelligence and analysis.

Senior Associates also work closely with our clients to understand their challenges, innovate solutions, and deliver findings. Our aim is to become trusted advisors to our clients.

The successful candidate will report to the Washington-based Associate Director and will work across the full spectrum of the Corporate Intelligence practice. Their skills should include:

  • An accredited degree, military service, or demonstrable equivalent experience;
  • Significant experience working in a relevant industry;
  • Thorough knowledge of public record research, commercial database aggregators, and online tools utilized to execute this work;
  • Experience managing the professional development of others, leading teams, and overseeing personnel administration;
  • Significant experience interacting with clients;
  • Excellent written and spoken English;
  • Strong research, analytical, and investigative skills;
  • Demonstrable experience planning and organizing projects; and
  • Foreign-language proficiency is preferable, but not required.

The successful candidate must have permission to work in the USA by the start of their employment.
