We are seeking a Head of Finance Systems to join our Finance team and lead the Financial Systems team in London.

THE ROLE

As Head of Finance systems you will ensure that S-RM achieves its financial objectives by managing a variety of systems and streamlining processes whilst always following best practice.

As the Head of Finance Systems you’ll be responsible for:

  • Ownership of the finance systems;
  • Ownership of Workday Optimisation program;
  • Optimisation, automation and streamlining of all financial processes;
  • Complex Model Building;
  • Dashboard Generation;
  • Development of Financial KPI’s
  • Project Management;

The role will be based in our London office, however we have flexible working arrangements available.

What we are looking for

We are looking for candidates with the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance or equal relevant previous experience in a similar role;
  • Full membership of a relevant professional accounting body (CIMA, ACCA or ACA or equivalent);
  • Experience working with SQL and PowerBi is needed for this role;
  • Experience with a broad array of finance software packages;
  • Experience managing a team of people;
  • Confidence managing multiple projects to tight deadlines;
  • Comfortable presenting at a senior level;
  • FP&A experience;
  • Systems integration and Systems Migration experience;

Successful candidates are also likely to show the following personal attributes:

  • Strong written and verbal communication;
  • Have exceptional organisation and analytical skills;
  • The ability to work independently or part of a team to tight deadlines;
  • An exceptional communicator, able to make connections across the organisation in multiple countries;
  • Having a systematic and analytical approach to problem solving.
