We offer an industry-leading 39 weeks of maternity leave and six weeks of paternity leave. You can be fully present when starting or growing your family. We also provide time off for fertility treatment, and additional support and leave if you and your partner experience a miscarriage. *Maternity leave is offered for 26 weeks on full pay, followed by 13 weeks on half pay.
We provide extensive private medical and dental insurance, because taking care of your health is important.

We provide a confidential, 24/7 programme to access online resources, personal consultations and referrals to counselling.

We offer generous holiday allowances depending on location, increasing by one day for every year worked at S-RM, to a maximum of five additional days. Because everyone needs a break to perform their best.
