Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Lead
Maria Petnga-Wallace has over 12 years’ experience in diversity, equality, and inclusion within a variety of sectors including at global Adtech agency, Dentsu, and the law firm Hogan Lovells. Her previous roles have encompassed a range of initiatives from designing and embedding EDI strategic objectives for inclusive culture change, to rolling out a national mentoring circle programme for underrepresented women. Alongside her EDI role at S-RM, Maria continues to work at Colorintech where she manages the Advance Pathway for mid to senior tech professionals. Maria is currently enjoying an evidence-based Professional Doctorate in Human Resource Management at Birkbeck College, London.
