The appointment strengthens S-RM’s full-service investigations capability across intelligence, digital forensics, forensic accounting, and surveillance
London, 18 November 2025 – Leading global intelligence and cyber security consultancy S-RM has appointed Yannine Robledo as Director, Disputes & Investigations, Americas, based in New York, reflecting the firm’s continued investment across the wider region.
Yannine, a fluent english and spanish speaker, joins S-RM with more than 15 years of experience in forensic accounting and investigations, having held senior roles at Grant Thornton, Alvarez & Marsal, and EY. She has advised a wide range of corporate clients on fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance, using forensic accounting, data analytics, corporate intelligence, and eDiscovery tools to help mitigate legal and financial risk.
In her new role, Yannine will work closely with Richard Fogarty, Head of Disputes & Investigations for the Americas, to expand S-RM’s footprint across the United States and Latin America and strengthen its multi-disciplinary investigations and compliance offering in the region.
Yannine’s appointment further enhances S-RM’s position as a full-service global investigations practice, integrating intelligence, digital forensics, and forensic accounting expertise. This capability supports the firm’s continued growth in internal and complex cross border investigations and in matters related to cartels and transnational criminal organisations, with a particular focus on Latin America and the Caribbean,
With a growing number of such organisations now designated as terrorist entities by the U.S. government, businesses operating across Latin America face heightened compliance risks. S-RM’s expanded service offering will help clients in these regions ensure their compliance programmes and financial crime controls meet international standards.
