Christopher Lindrud is a Senior Corporate Intelligence Analyst and member of S-RM’s Americas team based in Washington, DC. Christopher’s prior experience living and working in Chile and Brazil on policy research grants with a human rights organization and a government regulatory agency, respectively, has made his regional expertise, political analysis, and language skills an asset to the Americas team. Throughout his education and career, Christopher has developed a particularly nuanced understanding of how state capture and geopolitics impact regional economic growth, supply chain security, and public accountability in Latin America. Christopher holds an MA in Latin America Studies from Georgetown University and published his thesis about the geopolitical and supply chain risks associated with South America’s rare earths minerals mining sector with a Chilean think tank. Christopher also graduated with honors from Santa Clara University, triple majoring in Political Science (BS), History (BA), and Spanish (BA).
