Daniel is a Director in S-RM’s Americas Incident Response practice based in New York City. He oversees S-RM’s commercial partnerships with insurers and law firms across the Americas and leads strategic initiatives spanning incident response offerings, pre-breach services, and incident data insights. He regularly leads complex and enterprise incident response engagements and acts as a senior subject-matter escalation point for S-RM’s global incident response teams.
Prior to joining S-RM’s Americas team, Daniel served as S-RM’s UK Head of Incident Response, where he built a market-leading team and delivered more than 500 response engagements for businesses of all sizes and over nearly a decade. Beyond active crisis response, he frequently leads incident readiness exercises, response planning improvements, and post-incident resilience programmes, drawing on his experience of the most up to date threat actor tactics to help clients prioritise what matters most.
Prior to joining S-RM’s Cyber Security team, Daniel worked on the Latin America desk of S-RM’s Corporate Intelligence team, based out of Rio de Janeiro, where he led on projects investigating fraud, corruption, and reputational risk. Before joining S-RM, Dan held roles at the British Consulate in São Paulo and the Peruvian Embassy in London.
