Felix Cook is Director of Americas Delivery at S-RM and has extensive experience managing and executing due diligence, disputes and investigations, strategic intelligence, and executive protection engagements across the Americas, Europe, and Middle East. Felix first joined S-RM in 2016, where he first worked as a corporate and strategic intelligence-focused analyst in the Middle East and North Africa. He subsequently served as a member of our Europe case management team, before leading our Washington DC office. Since 2025, he has overseen the delivery of all corporate intelligence work in North, South, and Central America, as well as managing key client relationships. He has led hundreds of complex assignments for multinational corporations, high-net-worth individuals, private equity investors, development finance institutions, and law firms, across all major geographies. Between 2017 and 2018, Felix held an international security-focused role with the United Nations Secretariat in New York City.
Felix has a BA in Government, with a focus on terrorism and countering violent extremism, from Harvard University, and an MA in International Security and Foreign Policy Analysis from the School of International Diplomacy at Seton Hall University. He is an ACAMS Certified Global Sanctions Specialist (CGSS).
