At S-RM he acts as the primary liaison with the cyber insurance ecosystem across Asia, with a particular focus on carriers that underwrite policies, as well as law firms that act as incident managers for which S-RM is a trusted partner. Prior to this, he was Head of Operations for APAC at a major French defence contractor. His previous experience includes roles as an Associate Managing Director at the cyber risk practice of a global risk consulting firm, and as COO and a founder of a boutique Asian digital forensics and incident response company. Lester started his career in investment banking, followed by senior positions in capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, and private equity. He has also worked as a Director at an Asia-based risk consulting firm where he led business development for engagements in complex fraud, investigations, anti-money laundering, and compliance reviews, and enhanced due diligence. Lester has a BSc in Chemistry from King's College London and a MSc in Management from Imperial College.
